Our company switched last year over to Brown Insurance. We should have switched long ago. I can't believe the difference in customer service. They answer the phone every time you call and are always helpful. Insurance is Insurance and rates are the same across the board but service is not the same and is what sets Brown Insurance apart from other brokers. I would highly recommend if you aren't getting the service you deserve that you switch to Brown Insurance, you will not be disappointed.
